It is a process of recycling, recycling and recycling of urban wastes to production sectors.

The general objective of recycling is to prevent the depletion of resources and to reduce the amount of waste in urban waste. Today, there are countries in the world that can build up systems by acting with this awareness and recycle 90% of the waste.

Recycled fiber used in our sector is obtained by recycling of wastes generated during cutting of wastes from domestic wastes, wastes of yarn production plants and fabrics returning to the final product.

Unfortunately, 95% of the urban wastes in our country are tried to be disposed of through primitive methods such as incineration or burial.

At this point, Gülçağ Textile takes over the methods of accumulating, burning or burying synthetic, cotton, cotton-synthetic blends of fabric waste into waste areas.

Today, 11 tonnes of water is needed to produce one kilogram of cotton in agricultural areas. Recycling process with 1 kg yarn production of 11 tons of water are provided. 130 liters of water is used to dye 1 kilogram of yarn. We also save this 130 liters of water by recycling. With these figures, as Gülçağ Textile, we save 53 million 500 thousand tons of water annually.

Apart from the tons of water used for the production of cotton that humanity needs, pesticides, productivity and various chemicals are used. Most of these chemicals are mixed with air and soil. The cotton used for the production of a t-shirt requires the use of 150 grams of harmful chemicals in the production stage.

With an annual production of 48 million kilograms of recycled yarn, Gülçağ Textile prevents pollutant polluting of agricultural chemicals, pollution of groundwater and air pollution.
